Alright, so you wanna get yourself a Rolex Submariner, huh? But them real ones, they cost a fortune! You seen them prices? Lord have mercy! My old eyes nearly popped outta my head when I saw how much them fancy watches cost. It’s like buyin’ a whole dang farm for your wrist! But I hear tell there’s these other ones, called, uh, “High imitation Rolex Submariner,” that look just like ’em.
Now, I ain’t no expert on these things. Watches is watches, far as I’m concerned. But I hear these high imitation ones, they’re s’posed to be pretty good. They got all the same shiny bits and the same lookin’ face. ‘Course, they ain’t gonna be the real thing. Don’t go thinkin’ you can fool some fancy-pants rich fella with one of these. They know, I reckon. But if you just want somethin’ that looks the part, somethin’ that’ll make folks think you got money, well…maybe this is the way to go.
I heard about this one fella, down at the market. He was wearin’ one of them Rolex Submariner watches. Green one. They call it the “Green” somethin’ or other. Rolex Submariner Green, I think. Anyways, looked real nice. Sparkly and all that. He was braggin’ about it, sayin’ how much it cost. Then someone told him it was a fake. A high imitation one! He got all red in the face, I tell ya. But, you know what? Most folks wouldn’t have known the difference.

I seen some folks wearin’ these high imitation things, and they look happy enough. They walk around with their heads held high, showin’ off their shiny watches. Makes ’em feel good, I guess. And if it makes ’em feel good, who am I to judge? Everyone likes to have nice things. Even if they ain’t the real nice things. You just want that Rolex look, that Rolex Submariner Green look.
Just remember what I said. Be careful where you buy one. There are a lot of folks looking to take your money and sell you bad stuff. They will say it is Rolex. They will say it is good high imitation. But it is just a bad watch. Find someone who knows what they’re doing. Someone who can tell the difference between a good high imitation Rolex Submariner and a bad one. And don’t pay too much!
One more thing. These Rolex, they are heavy. The real ones, anyway. I held one once. Felt like a brick on my wrist! These high imitation ones, they might be lighter. ‘Cause they ain’t made with all that heavy gold and stuff. So, if you’re used to wearin’ a light watch, this might take some gettin’ used to. Anyways, that’s all I gotta say about them high imitation Rolex Submariner watches. If you want one, go get one. Just be smart about it. And don’t come cryin’ to me if it breaks or somethin’. I told you they ain’t the real thing! They are just high imitation. But they look like Rolex. They look like that Rolex Submariner Green. And for some folks, that’s good enough. They just want a good watch that looks like Rolex.
